Adele Blair
Co-Founder & Chief of Staff
Adele brings her global experience as both a Business Manager/Chief of Staff and Business Owner to Chiefly Consultants.
Adele founded The Concierge Collective, Australia’s leading Personal Assistant/Personal Concierge service, delivering support to founders, entrepreneurs, public figures, celebrities, and their families across the globe. While CEO of The Concierge Collective, Adele built three other businesses.
Prior to commencing her entrepreneurial journey, Adele was a Senior Executive Assistant and Business Manager/Chief of Staff for over 20 years in professional services in both small and global businesses, in Canberra (Australia), London (England), Sydney (Australia), and Brisbane (Australia).
Adele was Finalist in Australia’s Telstra Business Woman of the Year in 2011 and Winner of the Accelerator Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018.
Shana Patrick
Senior Chief of Staff
Shana joins our team with 12 years of experience turning C-Suite Executives into productive powerhouses.
As an administrative leader in the finance and tech industry, Shana loves everything about creating organization to provide busy individuals with a structured workflow. She has successfully helped businesses with administrative program management, project lifecycle management, business development strategy, and team development.
Known for her professionalism, positive attitude, and witty demeanor, Shana is an integral member of any team. Her tireless energy and attention to detail provides the ability to see the big picture and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Her experience helps her understand the vision of a company, and tackle the real issues at hand.
When she’s not helping executives scale their businesses, Shana is an avid cook who enjoys traveling and learning about other cultures, picking up tasty recipes along the way.
Leah Samane
Chief of Staff
Leah brings over a decade of experience in strategy, operations, and client success, helping leadership teams move faster with greater focus. She translates big-picture goals into actionable plans—aligning stakeholders, streamlining workflows, and driving results.
Her background spans consulting, marketing, and corporate operations, leading cross-functional teams and scaling go-to-market strategies across tech and consumer sectors. Whether shaping priorities or building infrastructure, Leah brings clarity, momentum, and a collaborative mindset.
She is known for her strategic thinking, steady presence under pressure, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and tackling home renovation projects

Hallie has over a decade of experience as a Chief of Staff, partnering with visionary leaders to turn ideas into action. Known for her ability to align strategy with execution, Hallie supports everything from goal setting and project management to team organization and cross-functional communication—ensuring the right things get done, at the right time, by the right people.
She brings expertise across executive support, communications, leadership strategy, and operational efficiency. Whether organizing internal processes, managing special projects, or amplifying a founder’s voice through thought leadership, Hallie helps businesses run smoothly and grow effectively.
Hallie is a trusted advisor and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving environments. Her support allows leaders to stay focused on the big picture, confident that the details are in expert hands.
Hallie is also the co-author of two Amazon #1 bestsellers and is currently earning her Book Coach Certification. When she's not working on a Principal's most important initiatives, you will likely find her reading or making a list. She lives in Vermont with her husband, Bill, and their dogs, Enzo and Stella.
