Adele Blair
Co-Founder & Chief of Staff
Adele brings her global experience as both a Business Manager/Chief of Staff and Business Owner to Chiefly Consultants.
Adele founded The Concierge Collective, Australia’s leading Personal Assistant/Personal Concierge service, delivering support to founders, entrepreneurs, public figures, celebrities, and their families across the globe. While CEO of The Concierge Collective, Adele built three other businesses.
Prior to commencing her entrepreneurial journey, Adele was a Senior Executive Assistant and Business Manager/Chief of Staff for over 20 years in professional services in both small and global businesses, in Canberra (Australia), London (England), Sydney (Australia), and Brisbane (Australia).
Adele was Finalist in Australia’s Telstra Business Woman of the Year in 2011 and Winner of the Accelerator Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018.
Shana Patrick
Senior Chief of Staff
Shana joins our team with 12 years of experience turning C-Suite Executives into productive powerhouses.
As an administrative leader in the finance and tech industry, Shana loves everything about creating organization to provide busy individuals with a structured workflow. She has successfully helped businesses with administrative program management, project lifecycle management, business development strategy, and team development.
Known for her professionalism, positive attitude, and witty demeanor, Shana is an integral member of any team. Her tireless energy and attention to detail provides the ability to see the big picture and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Her experience helps her understand the vision of a company, and tackle the real issues at hand.
When she’s not helping executives scale their businesses, Shana is an avid cook who enjoys traveling and learning about other cultures, picking up tasty recipes along the way.
Deborah Seeley
Chief of Staff
Dynamic and collaborative with a unique ability to solve problems, Deborah Seeley has several years of experience in non-profit and small start-ups where she helped successfully scale business and in global corporations where she was the gatekeeper and right hand to industry leaders.
Deborah is an analytical and conceptual thinker who partners with senior managers to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations. She is an expert planner, supervisor, and project manager. She provides guidance in key areas such as operations, communications, employee relations, and development.
Deborah has worked directly for some of the biggest founders / CEOs on Wall Street overseeing the executive office and leadership teams. She assessed current systems, processes, and structure to determine how to increase efficiency; aligned outcomes with the organization’s strategic plan and implemented SOPs; and developed reporting dashboards for OKRs, business KPIs and analytics required to better understand performance. She has also overseen a global re-branding campaign and a media outreach campaign to boost a CEO’s image.
Deborah has also been at the C-level herself as the co-founder of a startup where she was responsible for fundraising and development; client acquisition; creating and delivering pitch presentations; and producing budgets, revenue projections and marketing plans.
She holds a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and completed the Strategic Business Planning program at the Wharton School.

Lisa is a seasoned digital marketer with a flair for crafting captivating brand narratives. Her work is informed by her B.A. in English and filmmaking experience. She seamlessly weaves the art of storytelling into every facet of brand identity and strategy. She excels in communicating brand identities in ways that resonate with audiences and drive results.
Lisa takes pride in her unwavering professionalism, positive attitude, and knack for cleverly navigating marketing challenges. Her boundless energy and meticulous attention to detail allow her to not only envision the big picture but also ensure that projects are executed on schedule and within budget.
When she’s not wielding digital marketing wizardry, she enjoys making brand videos and documentaries with her husband. She also enjoys baking, squealing at Golden Retrievers and her one year old’s heavy metal music.
Andrea Lockett

Andrea transforms organizational vision into reality through sound strategic development. She intuitively identifies the root cause of challenges and applies analytics to develop solutions. Armed with a heart for service, loyalty to mission, and integrity, she garners the trust of her colleagues and key stakeholders. She is an inspirational leader who understands the power of storytelling to inspire action while tapping into metrics to ground business decisions.
She brings 20+ years of experience in operations, Human Resources, administration, systems, change, and enterprise project management functions within the financial services, non-profit, political, technology and entertainment industries. She holds a B.B.A in Marketing and graduated magna cum laude from Berkeley College. She also earned a Grande Diploma from The French Culinary Institute. She enjoys volunteering with Team Rubicon, Habitat for Humanity, and the American Heart Association, as well as global social justice and education initiatives.
Andrea is passionate about partnering with organizations with a culture of inclusion, leadership with integrity, and a focus on continual innovation to better serve stakeholders and the global community.
