Your Chief  works for up to three clients at any time, therefore we appreciate you giving us sufficient notice to complete our work, and advising us of any deadlines that we need to work toward.  You will always be working with your assigned Chief. However, you will have access to the combined knowledge of our team. We work collaboratively both within your team and within our own.

Our collective expertise covers a wide range of specialist areas.  However, we do introduce niche specialists to our clients should they be needed, such as Accountants, Attorney’s, Insurance Brokers and the like.  Our network of specialists are often our clients, known as our Chiefly Community, and business partners so they are tried and trusted.  You never know we might even be able to refer business your way!

If at any time you would like to adjust your Service, for example adding additional hours or a supplementary service, please let your Chief know. An Addendum to your service will be sent for authorization ahead of the adjustment.
